Job Purpose

The Supervisor - Operations (CashMyCar) overseas the day-to-day ground operations of the CashMyCar inspection bays located within designated Woqod Gas Stations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational throughput, maintaining high quality-control standards for vehicle evaluations, managing site personnel, and acting as the primary escalation point for customer service and technical disputes.

Principal Accountabilities

• Oversee the daily workflow of the inspection bay, ensuring scheduled appointments are processed within agreed timelines to maximize daily unit capacity.

• Monitor site-level conversion rates from physical inspection to live bidding submission, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.

• Ensure the site strictly adheres to Al Abdulghani Motors (AAM) health, safety, and corporate operational standards.

• Ensure smooth transactions of ownership from customers to our traders and the actual custody/physical transfer between all owners.

• Accountable for the strict governance of the platform's revenue model; ensure the dual-commission structure is accurately applied, recorded, and processed for every completed transaction.

• Conduct daily financial reconciliations of all closed deals to ensure that platform fees, the ownership transfer fees, and all other miscellaneous budgets are perfectly balanced before reporting to the Finance department.

 • Audit a random selection of technical inspection reports daily to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance before data is pushed to the AAM Trader Network.

• Verify that the AI-powered evaluation engine inputs align correctly with physical vehicle findings to minimize pricing discrepancies. 

• Supervise the maintenance, calibration, and security of all diagnostic tools, hardware, and physical infrastructure on-site.

• Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of Technical Inspectors, Purchase Executives, and Inspector Assistants across locations.

• Coordinate with the Driver to manage localized logistics and vehicle movements between active operational hubs.

• Conduct on-the-job performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff on customer handling and technical diagnostic procedures.

• Handle customer complaints and solve them with the CRM department to ensure customer satisfaction and develop an action plan to rectify the issues. 

• Provide regular operational performance reports and volume metrics to the direct manager.

Required Qualifications

Education - Bachelor's Degree

Specialization - Vehicle's Inspection

Years of Experience - 5-10 Years
