Senior Sales Executive

Job Purpose
The Senior Executive for Corporate Sales is responsible for driving corporate car leasing sales by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. The role involves end-to-end sales activities, from presentations and proposals to contract negotiations and deal closures. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achievement of sales targets.
Principal Accountabilities
Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations to showcase Mobility services, including corporate car leasing solutions.
Provide accurate quotations and detailed vehicle specifications to prospective clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their requirements, keep updated on the company vehicle specs and products.
Identify potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, nurturing long-term partnerships.
Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure client satisfaction in alignment with AAM Mobility goals.
Oversee a portfolio of corporate accounts, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Achieve and exceed assigned corporate leasing targets, meeting monthly and yearly vehicle sales goals with defined profit margins.
Track sales progress using CRM software and generate regular performance reports for management review.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and superior customer service.
Contracts and customer management: Coordinate contract signing with the contract team and customer, follow up on extensions and outstanding payments, maintain customer relationships from vehicle delivery through contract completion, prepare weekly reports for the manager.
Support the corporate sales team in tender preparation and management of corporate tenders when needed.
Ability to move from area to another within corporate sales scope.
Attend client meetings, and participate in bidding processes, including creating formal proposal documents.
Gather market and customer insights to understand client needs, respond to queries, and address objections effectively to secure car leasing deals.
Assist in forecasting sales pipeline and revenue projections to support strategic planning and decision-making for the Mobility department.
