Job Purpose

Manage the Trade & Project sales operations by achieving maximum profitability and growth.  Contribute to establishing a sustainable trade & Project sales function to win business that is aligned with our strategy. 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Implement the sales & marketing plan for traders & Project sales to ensure Electro Trades' strong market presence. 
  • Responsible for achieving annual sales targets and gross profit plans.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities in the market. Organising sales visits to customers and opening new accounts based on the market opportunities.
  • Responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support to customers to achieve customer delight. 
  • Provide product education and advice to internal and external customers. 
  • Guide the Sales team to develop and implement an annual marketing calendar to achieve the sales objectives. 
  • Associate with the warehouse team in arranging product deliveries on time. 
  • Contribute to product forecasting and inventory planning by providing accurate data from the traders. 
  • Analyse industry pricing trends in the local market/region and recommend the pricing of products/services to managers to maintain market competitiveness. 
  • Work with management, Sales, and Estimation to support the movement of the slow-moving products and to share the market findings and information during material deliveries and collections. 
  • Work on the development and improvement of the sales process through Kaizen to enhance our services, capabilities, and customer satisfaction to achieve the next level of performance Follow strictly company values and policies 

Required Qualifications

Education - Diploma/Bachelor's

Specialization -  Automotive Sales                          

Knowledge - Industry/Business                    

Professional and Technical Certifications -NA                                               

Years of experience - 3 to 5 Years
