Job Purpose

Responsible for executing vehicle registration processes accurately and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. This role ensures proper documentation, database management, and operational efficiency while supporting continuous process improvements to meet organizational goals.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Process vehicles registration accurately and efficiently on MOI, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. Accurately enter and update vehicle registration information in the database.  
  • Stay up to date with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to vehicle registration.  
  • Generate reports as needed for management or regulatory purposes. Create and maintain lists for the registration bills list for each credit card.  
  • Act as the primary liaison with MOI during technical issues, system updates, urgent or exceptional cases. 
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of all registration documents. 
  • Prepare and submit corrective letters addressed to the Ministry of Interior (MOI) as required.  
  • organizing and securing records of all registered vehicles, ensuring confidentiality.  
  • Track, document, and communicate all errors encountered daily in received documents or during the registration process with the relevant departments for correction, while conducting regular audits of registration documents to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement.  
  • Creating SAP Purchase Requests, BMC/Help Desk requests as required  
  • Regulate the registration fees and OTP for each vehicle.  
  • Identify, suggest, and implement process improvements and efficiency measures to streamline and enhance the vehicle registration procedures. 
  • Serve as custodian of the AAM corporate credit card with a QAR 200,000 limit, ensuring responsible financial management, accurate documentation, and compliance with company expenditure policies

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any business-related field
  • Basic Arabic reading ability (spoken or written is not required)
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including report creation and data tracking
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
