Job Purpose
To ensure that corresponding invoices are picked with the right number and with the right quantity given on picking slips. Ensure that the Operating Procedure on Picking is applied in order to meet the targets above and beyond the completion date required.
Principal Accountabilities
Receiving, Sorting, binning, & Packing goods & Products from the store in a systematic manner in line with standard storage techniques and procedures. Receiving, Sorting, binning, & Packing goods & Products from the store in a systematic manner in line with standard storage techniques and procedures. Coordinate with sales coordinators to arrange for Picking slips, delivery notes, or any other documents. Keep the storage area clean, tidy, organized, and all parts /goods/ products easily accessible, and apply the storage standard operating procedure. Dispatch goods requested by salesperson/ customer safely and securely without discrepancies and in a FIFO manner. Prepare for perpetual stock counts, stock reallocations, and creating empty spaces daily. Assist for inventory and stock checks as requested by the store supervisor/manager
