Motion Graphic Designer

Job Purpose

Responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicate ideas, messages, and brand values to AAM customers and the market. The role supports marketing, digital communications, and brand initiatives through high-quality visual storytelling across multiple platforms.

Principal Accountabilities

• Design and produce motion graphics, animations, video content, and multimedia assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, events, presentations, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with all business units/departments to understand project requirements, develop creative concepts, and incorporate feedback to deliver effective visual solutions.
• Create storyboards and visual concepts to support video productions and motion graphic projects.
• Develop engaging animations, kinetic typography, visual effects, transitions, and animated graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Maintain familiarity with customer demographics and market trends to create relevant and impactful visual content for promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
• Produce creative assets for all digital channels, including social media, websites, digital advertising, email marketing, presentations, and in-showroom displays.
• Collaborate with internal AAM departments/business units to plan project outcomes, propose innovative content ideas, and continuously improve creative execution and production workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest motion graphics, animation, video editing software, AI-powered creative tools, digital content trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive creative edge.                                                            

Required Qualifications

Education  - Bachelor's Degree

Professional/Technical Certifications - Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, AI creative tools

Years of Experience - 5 to 7 Years
