Job Purpose
Focus on driving sales for Kinto (Rental) mobility products while providing key customer service and fleet support to ensure a smooth rental experience.
Principal Accountabilities

Engage with customers across various channels to understand needs, promote KINTO products, and recommend suitable rental solutions to achieve sales targets.

Manage leads and customer interactions through Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Process online and in-person reservations, verify documents, prepare contracts, handle payments, and issue receipts.

Monitor and manage bookings via platforms such as Booking.com and Self Drive.

Explain rental terms, coordinate vehicle handovers, and ensure service quality and compliance with company policies.

Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, including escalations from the call center and social media.

Support fleet operations, including vehicle inspections, replacements, maintenance coordination, and accident report handling.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Minimum 2 years experience in rental or fleet operations

Bilingual in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Strong customer service and professional communication skills

Proven sales ability with confidence in customer engagement
