Car Polisher

Job Purpose

Responsible for polishing and restoring vehicle exteriors to showroom quality, as well as performing interior upholstery tasks such as seat cover fitting, leather repair, and interior detailing. The role ensures that vehicles meet high standards of appearance, comfort, and durability for customer satisfaction

Principal Accountabilities

• Perform polishing, buffing, and waxing on vehicle exteriors, including paint, chrome, and glass surfaces.
• Remove scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and other paint imperfections.
• Apply protective coatings, sealants, and wax to preserve the vehicle's finish.
• Inspect and report any paint or surface issues before and after polishing.
• Install, repair, and replace fabric, leather, or synthetic seat covers. Carry out leather cleaning, conditioning, and restoration to maintain interior quality.
• Repair or refurbish damaged upholstery, seams, and stitching.
• Ensure accurate fitting of seat covers for aesthetics and comfort.
• Maintain tools, materials, and upholstery equipment in proper condition.
• Follow safety and quality control procedures while handling chemicals and equipment. 
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and proper storage of tools.

Required Qualifications

• Education -  School Level 
• Knowledge - Relevant work Experience                                                     
• Years of experience - 2 to 5 years
