Job Purpose

Responsible for applying automotive window films and paint protection films with precision and care, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet customer and company standards, and requires attention to detail, technical skills, and knowledge of film application techniques to protect and enhance vehicle appearance.

Principal Accountabilities

• Measure, cut, and apply window tint films on car windows, ensuring a clean and bubble-free finish.
• Apply paint protection film (PPF) on vehicles to safeguard against scratches, chips, and environmental damage.
• Inspect vehicles before and after application to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Use proper tools and techniques to achieve a seamless application without defects.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workshop and equipment.
• Follow safety standards and manufacturer guidelines for handling films and chemicals.
• Advise customers on film options, benefits, and maintenance care.  
• Perform minor film removals or corrections when required.
• Work collaboratively with the detailing team and report to the Workshop/Service Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Education - High School level        
• Years of experience - 2 to 5 years
• Installing PPF on vehicle panels (full body / partial)
• Cutting and fitting film accurately
• Heat application and edge finishing
• Removing air bubbles and wrinkles
• Quality inspection after installation
