Job Purpose
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department. This role coordinates daily activities, manages schedules, handles communications, and supports various administrative tasks, ensuring effective workflow and organizational effectiveness.
Principal Accountabilities
New Joiners Report, MRF, Staff Transfer. Document dispatch management (Inward & Outward). Master Employee & Contact list update. Conduct periodical meetings and monthly Kaizen meetings with Workshop personnel, aside from weekly operation meetings, to discuss work-related issues and improvements. Employee final exit clearance procedures. Head office Communication (P&C & ESU, Support Services, Procurement). Overtime Report Overtime Preapproval. Long service awardees coordination.
Required Qualifications
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Specialization - Administrator
Knowledge - Document Management, Basic computer knowledge
Professional and Technical Certifications - NA
Years of experience - (05 Years)
