Job Purpose
| Strategize & execute marketing strategies to drive AAM Brands namely CPOV (Certified PreOwned Vehicles), Moteri (Car Care) & Kinto (Car Rental) in Qatar by enhancing brand awareness & presence through innovative campaigns & initiatives. The role involves working closely with Business Units & Sales teams to strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. |
Principal Accountabilities
| Marketing Strategy & Business Objectives: Develop & lead comprehensive business strategy to achieve Value & Volume KPIs through a mix of strategic & tactical marketing activities. | ||||||||||
| Market Research: Implement market research & consumer study to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights and develop necessary marketing strategies to overcome the challenges | ||||||||||
| Communications: Develop brand content & Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to production and deployment across various channels (Digital, Social media, Print, Radio, OOH etc.) | ||||||||||
| Campaign Management: Initiate & execute campaigns to achieve quantified targets by leveraging marketing activities including Digital Media, Outdoor, Display Booths, Influencers & Point of Sales Material | ||||||||||
| Digital Marketing & Social Media: Oversee digital marketing strategies, including website management, SEO, SEM and social media campaigns & optimize content for customer engagement and conversions. | ||||||||||
| Budgeting & Reporting: Allocate & manage marketing budgets for each Business Unit to ensure resources are utilized to maximize impact. Report on performance & ROI of all campaigns & initiatives | ||||||||||
| Cross Functional Collaboration: To collaborate with Sales, Product Planning, Legal, CRM, Digital Products & all relevant stakeholderts to ensure harmonized campaigns and information flow. | ||||||||||
| Product Planning: Continously review vehicle allocation, portfolio mix & stocks to ensure optimal stock levels and initate marketing activities where required. | ||||||||||
| Agency Management: Lead & review all external agencies including Creative, Media Buying, Research, Presence Management agencies to ensure Scope of Work & KPI delivery | ||||||||||
| Leadership: Guide, mentor, and motivate the direct reports by creating a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and development. |
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in a relevant field of study
Minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive
