Job Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the liaison between our customers and the service department, providing professional advice on automotive services and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
- Keep customers informed about the service progress and any changes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up after services.
Skills
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive services and repairs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
