Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the liaison between our customers and the service department, providing professional advice on automotive services and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements. 
  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs. 
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team. 
  • Keep customers informed about the service progress and any changes. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up after services. 

Skills

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry. 
  • Strong understanding of automotive services and repairs. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
