Job Description
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the success of the parts department.
• Promote parts during sales promotions and ensure efficient operations to meet customer needs.
• Ensure inventory management follows DPOK principles at branches or Quick Service Centers (QSC).
• Use the NAP (Non-Available Parts) format for back orders and provide feedback to the inventory team for better stock availability.
• Ensure all pending ERP transactions are cleared promptly.
Skills
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
• Skilled in using EPC software to identify parts.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well within a team and follow operational guidelines.
