Job Description
- To perform preventive maintenance on various material handling equipments.
- To diagnose & repairs mechanical ,electrical and hydraulic malfunctions by using variety of special tools , diagnostics tools,by reading manuals and schematics.
- To rebuild engines and major driveline components.
- To carrying repair work on brake system,fuel system,exhaust ,steering and suspension system.
- To repair,rebuild and replaces hydraulic components such as pumps,hoses,seals,valves,winces and cylinders.
- To troubleshoot,repair and replaces various electrical components on equipments.
- To perform on site work on various equipments.
- To respond to after hour emergencies as requested.
- To perform pre delivery inspection on new equipments.
- To following all safe work practices.
- To assists other mechanics with more difficult assignments.
Skills
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- The ideal candidate should possess 4-5 years of experience in repairing and handling materials for construction equipment and heavy-duty trucks.
- Communication Skills
