Job Description
- Ensures all training documents are prepared, collected, filed, and organized in accordance with department systems and processes.
- Ensure that the training monthly report is completed monthly, and the results are updated in the training consolidated report accurately.
- Responsible for sourcing and organizing training programs to meet specific training needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.
- Responsible for monitoring, scheduling, and sending notifications of training to all employees.
- Manage the logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and other measurement tools.
- Provide administrative support for the learning management system (LMS), including user management, course enrollment, and reporting.
- Maintain training records and track employee participation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and requirements.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Deliver training to the employees, as required.
- Support in preparation of training materials.
- Report the training feedback data, visualize trends, and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Continuously seek and suggest new practices and processes to improve the efficiency of the training offered.
