Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating and administering the finance Department projects and activities .
- Managing Finance staff attendance system including preparation of monthly overtime, leave, absentees report after the approval of manager to be submitted to HR.
- Liaise with external parties - banks, vendors, Customers and government authorities as per the direction given by the manager.
- Managing financial data on spreadsheets, databases or other software programs. Responsible for analyzing financial data to prepare reports for managers as required.
- Reading and interpreting financial documents and data & sharing the feedback. Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning.
- Provide support to finance director office in drafting of relevant documents, perform miscellaneous filing, etc. including DocuSign and IT other softwares.
- Administer the operations of the finance department (databases, administrative systems. supplies and equipment).
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the financial business and other private information and records and ensuring that everyone follows the AAB's financial rules
- Maintain all financial records and files as per the company policies & assist in managing account payable and receivable activities.
- Oversee and coordinate all internal and external events & meetings of the finance director and ensure protocal/ logistics during the meeting. Follow up on all the matters of Finance Director office with all concerned parties.
- Perform quality review while creating or formatting of documents, letters and presentations as per need of the finance department.
- Assist in financial audits (internal and external) including preparation of documents where necessary.
- Translation of English to Arabic and vice versa of all financial data, letters and other financial documents.
Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Bilingual ( Arabic and English) /Arabic is a must
- Excellent soft skills. Should be able to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent in MS office (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Finance background knowledge
